Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen:Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
Local Pick-Up (2 Ordering Windows): Orders placed within the 1st-5th of every month (by 5pm): Pickups are available by the 12th or later
Orders placed within the 12th- 16th of every month (by 5pm): Pickups are available by the 23rd or later
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ensure that your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and high order volumes. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, but we will do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately to make adjustments.Order Tracking:

Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions), we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. All products must be in their original, unopened packaging, and in unused condition.Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and either issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please provide clear photos of the damage/defect as part of your return request.Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:Hair extensions that have been removed from their original packaging
Items that have been opened, used, or worn
Clearance, sale, or promotional items
Return Process:
If eligible, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) from us. Please use this number to send the product back in its original, unopened packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.
